Virginia LULAC is the Virginia state chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens — the nation’s oldest and largest Latino civil rights advocacy organization. Founded in 1929, LULAC has led the fight for equal rights, educational access, economic opportunity, civic participation, and justice for Latinos across the United States and Puerto Rico.
