Virginia LULAC — the Virginia chapter of the League of United Latin American Citizens — is committed to advancing opportunities, civic engagement, and equity for Latino communities and allies throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Our work focuses on strengthening community voices, promoting access to quality education and economic opportunity, protecting civil rights, and encouraging robust participation in the civic process.
In order to expand our impact, improve statewide coordination, and engage diverse perspectives across regions, we are forming a Virginia LULAC Advisory Committee. This committee will support Virginia LULAC’s leadership by assisting with outreach, strategic planning, advocacy work, and community engagement efforts across the state.
What the Advisory Committee Will Do
Shape strategic direction for Virginia LULAC initiatives and priorities.Support advocacy campaigns that advance the rights and well-being of our communities.
Strengthen statewide coordination between councils, volunteers, and partners.
Enhance member engagement and State resources through shared leadership and collaborative planning.
Serve as ambassadors for Virginia LULAC’s mission in your region.

This opportunity is open to Virginia LULAC dues paying members only — we want to ensure that those driving this work are deeply connected to our mission and invested in our collective progress.
